Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Packager in Mount Vernon, IL to support warehouse operations through packaging and preparation for shipment.

The role requires reliable, physically capable individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, stand most of the day, and meet scheduling needs including at least two Saturdays per month. Starting pay is $19 per hour with typical weekly hours of 35–45, offering consistent work hours and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform warehouse tasks and physical work.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with clean driving record (last 5 years).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand most of the day.
• Legible handwriting and basic math skills (addition/multiplication).
• Dependability and punctuality; availability Mon–Sat, including at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare items for shipment in a warehouse.
• Deliver 20–30 stops on a route by hand with timely, accurate deliveries.
• Use GPS/Maps to locate delivery addresses efficiently.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
