Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers at our Caledonia, WI location. Earn $18.00 per hour with multiple shift options and early start times in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Package Handler, you will unload trailers, sort by zip codes, and load deliveries while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, and comfortable with varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and instructions.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and move items weighing 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – collaborate to meet daily targets.

Shift: (7 Options)

Saturday - Wednesday

Sunday - Thursday

Monday - Friday

Tuesday - Saturday

Wednesday - Sunday

Thursday - Monday

Friday - Tuesday

Shift times: 4:30AM - 7:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
