Job summary

OnTrac in Wisconsin is hiring a Package Handler to join our warehouse team. Earn $18.00 per hour and help unload trailers, sort by zip codes, and load trucks, in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

This role requires you to stay on your feet, lift up to 75 lbs, and work 4:30 AM start times; we offer benefits including 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, holiday premium pay, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.

7 Day availability Shift times: 4:30 AM – 7:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
