Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in Kent, WA to unload trailers, sort parcels by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery. You will join a fast-paced warehouse team that values safety and accuracy.

Candidates should be at least 18 and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in varying temperatures. Training emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork across shifts.

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Shift: (7 Options)
Saturday – Wednesday
Sunday – Thursday
Monday – Friday
Tuesday – Saturday
Wednesday – Sunday
Thursday – Monday
Friday - Tuesday

Shift times: (2 Options) 7:00AM - 10:00AM or 5:00PM – 9:30PM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
