Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in Fife, WA to unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

We offer $18.16 per hour with multiple shift options. Candidates must be at least 18, able to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and understand safety and operational instructions in English. Training provided; teamwork and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and work in a warehouse environment.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and operations.
• Able to lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to complete tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Pay:

$18.16/hr

Shift: (3 Options)

Sunday – Thursday
Tuesday – Saturday
Friday - Monday

Shift hours:

6:30AM – 10:15AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
