Location: 201 Progress Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Lead Package Handlers work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Be flexible, dependable, and a team player
• Working knowledge of KPIs and metrics
• Bilingual speakers preferred but not required

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution or prepare outgoing freight for delivery
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Provide continual feedback to sorters
• Inspect packages for safety for transportation
