Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Fontana, CA to support our warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient handling of packages. The role offers 10:00am–4:00pm shifts with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour and weekly pay, plus a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers, sorting by ZIP codes, and loading trucks for deliveries. Physical work includes lifting 50–75 lbs; multiple schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Be a team player and work well with others to get the job done.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.

Pay: $18.50/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts: 10:00am - 4:00pm (Multiple schedules available)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
