Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Compton, CA to support efficient warehouse operations. You will participate in unloading, sorting by zip codes, and loading trucks while maintaining safety and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates are at least 18, can lift 50–75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and have basic English proficiency. Shifts run 11:00am–6:30pm, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay at $18/hour.

Pay: $18/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts: 11:00am - 6:30pm

• Monday - Friday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
