Job summary

OnTrac in Antioch, TN is hiring Package Handlers to join our logistics team. Earn $20.00 per hour with shift options from 1:00 AM to 5:30 AM or end of sort, and participate in safe, efficient warehouse operations.

As part of the role, you will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for deliveries. We offer a safe, clean work environment, a 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat and cold).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries and ensure accurate routing.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Be a team player and collaborate to complete daily tasks.

Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1:00 AM - 5:30AM or End of Sort

(3 options):

1. Sunday - Thursday
2. Tuesday- Saturday
3. Friday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
