Job summary

OnTrac in Knoxville, TN is seeking reliable Package Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries while upholding safety standards.

Shifts run 4:00AM-8:00AM or end of sort; Mon-Fri or various schedules. We offer a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses up to $500, paid sick leave, and premium pay on major holidays; you must be 18+ and able to lift 50–75 lbs.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shifts

4:00AM-8:00AM or End of Sort

• Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
• Sunday - Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
• Saturday - Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off)
• Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off)

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
