OnTrac in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Package Handlers to join a fast-paced logistics team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries, contributing to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

This role requires at least 18 years old, basic English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Shifts run Thursday through Monday with early morning hours; benefits include 401(k) with company match and referral bonuses.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shifts: Thursday through Monday 3:45 AM - 8:00 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
