Job description



Are you experienced in warehouse operations and looking for a role where your skills truly matter? Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Overstock Puller to support our
client's busy facility in Nashville, TN. This role plays a vital part in managing inventory flow by locating, pulling, and loading overstock items efficiently.



Pay: $18.50/hr



Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime occasionally available)



What You'll Do:



  • Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner

  • Use radio frequency devices to locate and pull overstock inventory

  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and ladders to move goods

  • Conduct overstock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks, keeping the warehouse clean and organized

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

  • Adapt productively to changes and take on additional duties as needed



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred

  • Valid tow motor (forklift) certification/license

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Strong communication and math skills

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and using warehouse equipment

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience with inventory systems (SBI preferred) and basic PC skills
