Responsibilities

• Master the Art of Rigging: Safely rig and secure oversized items for transport and storage, ensuring every load is handled with care and precision.
• Move oversized items through out the warehouse with forklifts.
• Rig and operate overhead cranes to relocate and organize storage items.
• Collaborate with Customers: Coordinate job-site equipment deliveries and maintain clear, professional communication.
• Ensure Safety: Participate in unloading and reloading customer-owned materials with safety as your top priority.
• Keep Things Organized: Accurately unload trucks and match items to bills of lading, packing slips, and quotes; Maintain accurate documentation for orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Trace lost shipments, resolve customer claims, and acquire oversize permits when needed.
• Stay Connected: Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage updates and changes throughout the day.
