Job description

Order Selectors (Pullers) are responsible for retrieving and gathering all required packages for our pending shipping requests, as well as working diligently to maintain a sufficient level of packages for the shipping line. This position reports to the Package Distribution Management Team.

Shift Details:

• First shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 am to 2:45 pm, $18/hour
• Second shift: 2:00 pm to 10:45 pm, $19/hour (including $1 shift differential)

We offer a bonus incentive based on performance and quality. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, with shifts up to 10 hours and work weeks up to 60 hours.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screens
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Good judgment and ability to work independently
• Ability to retrieve, stage, and organize packages efficiently
• Flexibility to perform various functions within the department
• Effective communication with trainers
• Proficiency with handheld scanners
• Physical ability to reach, bend, crouch, lift (20-49 lbs constantly, up to 100 lbs with assistance), and walk long distances
• Manual dexterity and motor skills
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
