Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sumner, WA to safely pick and pack customer orders, receive goods, and help maintain inventory and a clean work environment. The role requires the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, is essential in our 24/7 operations. Compensation aligns with market rates for entry-level warehouse roles in the region.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related warehouse experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely select and build customer orders, label and prepare for loading.
• Receive inbound products, replenish inventory.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse by clearing debris and stacking pallets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Must be available to work any shift and schedule including weekends, overnights and holidays within a 24/7 operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
