Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in Virginia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Reyes Beverage Group family. The role involves picking and packing orders, receiving products, managing inventory, and safely operating warehouse equipment.

The shift is full-time, Sunday–Thursday, with a 1:00 PM start, and offers comprehensive benefits along with opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, eligible for overtime up to $25 per hour plus a discretionary incentive program.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 75 lb.

Responsibilities

• Safely select customer orders, build orders per load tickets, shrink wrap and label, and move to loading dock.
• Receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Conduct basic sanitation to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
