We’re seeking talent across all levels—whether you’re a forklift driver, data engineer, or technician, there’s a place for you at NewCold.

Your role as a Warehouse Order Selector - Starting at $23.40

Key responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to pull customer orders using the WMS system, selecting products from pallets to create mixed pallets matching customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy in stacking and shipping to meet customer requests.
• Manage order requests, and handle the put-away of palleted products in cold storage.
• Work on the -5°F pick floor alongside team members.
• Learn product knowledge and adhere to ppmh and KP standards.

What you can bring to the table

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience (preferred)
• Ability to navigate WMS computer systems
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, sometimes 8-12 hours, standing for long periods
• Cold Storage experience is a plus
