Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-conscious team in a cold storage environment. The role offers a competitive base wage with a 0.50 shift differential and a strong benefits package, including health, vision, dental and 401(k).

Schedule options include Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts. Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), strong reading and numerical skills, and the ability to work overtime. Training and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Flexible to work overtime and climate-controlled conditions.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment where applicable.
• Read work orders and confirm items to be moved or packed.
• Assemble product containers and crates as needed.
