Job summary

Sysco Minnesota, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Selectors to join our foodservice distribution team.

You will pick orders for local deliveries and operate an electric pallet jack or forklift as part of daily duties, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. This is a physically demanding, on-your-feet role with 10–12 hour shifts, frequent lifting of 10–75 lbs (up to 100 lbs), and work in temperature-controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
• Frequent lifting 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Work in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer).
• Stand for 10–12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for delivery to local venues.
• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Organize and palletize products to build customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safe working environment in varying conditions.
