Job summary

Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas in San Antonio, TX seeks a warehouse associate for outbound shipping in a temperature-controlled facility. Pay is $20.00/hr plus incentive; shift Sun–Thu, 6PM until finished.

Responsibilities include selecting products, lifting 35–60 lb cases, verifying labels, recording times, and maintaining accuracy. Must have a High School Diploma and 2+ years of related experience; background check required. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive problem solving and accuracy are essential.

• Select product for outbound shipping.

• Review selection labels and match to correct product.
• Record start/stop times on assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and prevent breakage.
• Record breakage and assist with cleanup of breakage.
• Maintain housekeeping as directed.

Job Description

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repeatedly lift 35-60 pound cases and place on a pallet up to 1000 times per shift in the correct sequence for the delivery driver to properly deliver the goods.
• Accurately review information on selection labels and match them to the correct product.
• Properly record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels accordingly to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Properly recording breakage and clean‑up of breakage
• Housekeeping as directed by supervisor

Other Job Duties

• Complete end of shift responsibilities such as palletizing, returns, replenishment cases or bottles, and cleanup activities as directed
