Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Order Selector in the Indianapolis area. You will pick store orders, locate items, and prepare totes or boxes for shipment, while maintaining accuracy and safety on busy pick lines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, willingness to train in warehouse tasks, and reliability in attendance. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Pick store orders with item locations, descriptions and quantities.
• Select needed merchandise and place into tote/box.
• Move totes/boxes of merchandise (30–50 lbs) using safe lifting.
• Maintain high accuracy in merchandise selection.
• Work efficiently on pick lines with 10+ colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness of work zones and attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
