Job summary

CVS Health in Indianapolis is seeking an Order Selector to pick store orders, locate items, and place them into totes or boxes. You will move totes or boxes up to 50 pounds using safe lifting techniques and maintain accuracy on a busy pick line with 10+ teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally as a team lift.
• Able to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience - willing to train if no warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick store orders including item locations, descriptions, and quantity.
• Select needed merchandise and place into a tote or box.
• Move totes or boxes (up to 50 lbs) using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
• Work on pick lines with 10+ other employees.
• Keep work zones clean at end of shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross train in other warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with CVS Health warehouse policies.
