Base pay range

$21.50/hr - $22.95/hr

TITLE: Warehouse Order Selector

DIVISION: Warehouse

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Position Overview

This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

Principle Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.
  
  

Required Skills

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry.
• Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)
• Work overtime as required.
• Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15-55 pounds.
  
  

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred)
  
  

Competitive Salary

• $21.50/Hour starting + Premiums (if applicable) + Performance Incentives
• Premiums:
• Freezer: $0.50
• Nights: $0.20
• Forklift: $0.75 SCHEDULE:
• 2:00pm on Sunday, and 3:00pm Mon - Thurs.
• All shifts are until work is completed.
• Shift times above subject to change due to seasonality and business needs.*
