F McConnell and Sons Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a New Haven, Indiana warehouse. This in-person, full-time role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will operate equipment safely, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with teammates. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with shifts starting at 12:30 p.m. and four days per week, finishing when work is completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good reading and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select products from designated locations using order sheets or electronic devices.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or conveyance.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with packaging and box preparation.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate order discrepancies or issues with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
