Job summary

Humano is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors for our partner at their distribution center in Chino, California. This temp-to-hire role can convert to permanent KeHE employment within 90 days. You’ll work a 4-day week with 3 days off.

Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with incentive pay; a $0.50/hour raise every 6 months, reaching $26.75/hour within 2 years. You’ll pick orders with an electric pallet jack, build secure pallets, and meet productivity goals while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• EPJ or order selecting experience preferred; we will train motivated people
• Dependable, safety-minded, and works well on a team
• Available Sunday to Wednesday, 10-hour shifts starting at 12 PM, with occasional overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Select and pick customer orders accurately using an electric pallet jack (EPJ)
• Build stable, secure pallets for shipping
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
