Job summary

Cheney Brothers is hiring a Warehouse Selector (Non-Formula) in Greensboro, NC. You will select and move products between loading docks and warehouse, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment to fulfill customer orders.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 100 lbs at times, and operating in multi-temperature environments. Training and safety gear are provided; day-one benefits apply for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and ensure devices function properly.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Locate products according to order sheets using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Move completed palletized orders to loading dock staging area and wrap for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
