Description

Warehouse Selector

Ready to get your work done and go home, while earning great income?Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range.

Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines.

• Starting Pay: $19.50 Per Hour |Increases to $23.50 Per Hour/Incentive Pay (After meeting productivity standard)


• Paid Bi-Weekly


• 5-day 8-hour work week (Monday-Sunday)| Set Schedule Per Bid


• Start Time: 8:00 AM for (Cooler Team) and (Freezer Team)| 10:00 AM (Dry Team)Must work until finish


• Electric Pallet Jack (Ride-On) Experience(Preferred)


• Will utilize a ride-on electric pallet jack to select and build orders on pallets for some of the most beloved brands in the world


• Bid Opportunities: Bid on the days you would like to work(Based on Seniority)


• Multi-Temperature Warehouse: Dry Dock|Cooler (30-35 Degrees)|Freezer (Averages -5 Degrees)| Must be open to work in all areas


• The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age.


• Previous pallet jack experience preferred.


• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.


• Able to work in a subzero environment.
