C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Aberdeen, MD to pick and prepare orders for local customers. You will stand and move frequently, operate pallet jacks, and ensure accuracy and safety on every shift.

Earn $23 per hour plus $2 incentive, with full-time schedule 4 days on, 3 days off. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs and working in cold environments, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

GED and High School Diploma required.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Familiarity with safety standards and equipment operation preferred.

Responsabilidades

Select/pick items using order sheets or headset.
Stack items on pallets and prepare for loading.
Ensure orders match and adhere to safety standards.
Operate pallet jack or walkie-rider to move cases and label appropriately.
Inform supervisor of quantity or description differences.
Conduct equipment inspections and complete the form.
Lift varying case weights safely throughout the shift.
Follow all SOPs for material handling equipment.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Earn $23 per hour + $2/hr = $25/hr; Incentive pay after training - Full Time: 4 days on 3 days off; 7 am until finished - Aberdeen, MD 21001

Job Description

Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack &; place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)- Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
