Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Case Picker Associate in Frankfort, Indiana. This position offers hourly pay at $19.00 with additional pay of $0.75 per hour. Employees will enjoy medical, dental, vision benefits, and paid time off, as well as on-the-job training.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour
• Schedule: Friday & Saturday 5:30am-4:00pm and Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm-3:00am

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Screening and Background Checks

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check and a road test, and/or badging or background requirements of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
