Warehouse Order Selector (Finance)

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This involves strategic thinking, attention to detail, palletizing orders, and placing them in correct locations. Schedules Available

4-day work schedule starting at 9:00 AM, with work completion on scheduled days. Multiple schedules available. One weekend day required.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Select various grocery, perishable, frozen, or repack products from warehouse stock
• Report inventory adjustments, spoilage, damage, location changes, and out-of-stocks
• Transport products within the warehouse using electric pallet jacks
• Maintain performance standards for speed, accuracy, safety, and minimal damage
• Assist other departments during peak times or absences

Job Requirements

• Experience in large warehouse or distribution environments
• Experience with Walkie-Riders or reach lifts
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely and work with high accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work in temperatures from -10 to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit
• Willingness to work in grocery and cooler sections; freezer work optional
• Good judgment, especially when supervision is limited

Physical Environment and Demands

• Lift up to 75 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 90°F depending on the section
• Perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Work overhead and in confined spaces with hands and arms
• Operate related equipment safely
• Visual requirements include near, far, peripheral, and depth perception
