Job Description:

1. 40 hrs plus over-time weekly
2. 2nd shift starts at 4 PM - required to work until orders are completed each day - end time will vary daily
3. $19/hr plus $.75 for shift premium and weekly pay!
4. Must be able to work on Sundays, willing to work in freezer temps, and operate equipment

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for completing orders by selecting products from warehouse racks and assembling, palletizing, and/or shrink wrapping products/pallets for customer orders. An Order Selector may be required to operate various powered industrial equipment and work in dry or cooled product areas, including refrigerated and freezer compartments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and/or pallets of various products for delivery to customers using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including conducting inspections of equipment.
• Report damaged products, quality issues, and low stock items.
• Use proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior order selecting experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely following safety policies.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature areas (freezer, coolers, dry conditions).
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, handle objects, and operate foot controls. Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance. Exposure to temperature changes and moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, with shifts lasting 8-10 hours. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
