Coastal Elite Pro in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Selector Trainee to efficiently pick full-case grocery, frozen, and perishable items. You will build pallets, ensure proper weight distribution, wrap pallets, and load shipments while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

You will train on the job with no prior experience required, with paid training, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401k.

Key duties include building pallets, ensuring proper weight distribution, plastic wrapping, transporting, and loading products for shipment. Safety is prioritized at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking, build pallets, record actions, and assist with other departments as needed.
• Maintain physical activity including standing, bending, lifting (1-60+ lbs), and walking up to 12 miles daily across various surfaces.
• Handle sharp tools safely.

Qualifications & Skills:
