Role Overview

This position involves selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping orders to fulfill customer needs. It requires operating powered industrial equipment and working in dry, refrigerated, or frozen areas.

Responsibilities

Locate and lift cases of groceries, frozen foods, and other products using order sheets or audio headsets. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, maintain safety standards, inspect equipment, and report damaged or low-stock items. Properly wrap products to prevent damage, with additional duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred; prior order selecting and equipment operation experience advantageous. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, follow safety policies, and work across multiple temperature zones. Must follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

Constant lifting of cases weighing 4.5 to 100 lbs, pushing, pulling, and dynamic bending. Ability to ascend and descend steps, work in confined spaces, and sustain physical activity over long shifts.
