Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Franklin, IN is hiring an Inventory Clerk to join a clean, well-run facility. The role focuses on inventory audits, cycle counts, and supporting operations to ensure accuracy and safety.

Pay is $20.00 per hour with a Mon-Fri schedule, benefits, and weekly pay. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a leading supply chain company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) experience preferred.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and hourly staff on inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain GMP practices with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Performs other duties as assigned.
