Job description

Position Overview

Earn $21/hour plus incentives after training, uncapped earning potential up to $35/hour. Full time overnight shift: 4 nights per week, 10 hour shift plus overtime and extra days as needed. Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Pick, gather, and organize products and prepare orders for delivery to local customers.
• Picking various cases using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking cases on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensure accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operate a double walk‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases from storage racks, place them on a pallet, and apply selection labels to appropriate cases.
• Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage.
• Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete appropriate forms.
• Lift varying case weights, shapes, and height levels safely.
• Follow all material‑handling equipment safe operating procedures.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walk 6–12 miles per day on various surfaces (concrete, tile, carpet, etc.).
• Lifting product weighing 1–60 lbs. or more, including from floor to overhead.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects, including box‑cutting tools.
