Job summary

PeopleReady of Fresno, CA is currently hiring Order Pullers to support fulfillment operations in our warehouse. As an Order Puller, you will pull customer orders accurately using an RF scanner, prepare items for shipping and help maintain an organized, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous order-picking experience required.
• Cherry picker/order picker experience required.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products safely.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday.
• Must follow safety procedures and work well as part of a team.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner.
• Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations.
• Locate products and verify item numbers, quantities, and orders.
• Move and stage picked products for shipping or further processing.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
