Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a warehouse order picker in Irving, TX to support fast-paced e-commerce and retail distribution with modern scanning technology and safety-focused practices.

You will read pick tickets, use RF scanners and voice-picking, operate pallet jacks, and ensure accuracy and quality while maintaining a clean, safe aisle.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifting) and stand for long periods.
• Experience or ability to perform warehouse order picking accurately.
• Read and follow pick tickets or digital instructions to ensure item accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute order fulfillment using RF scanners, voice-picking systems, or tablets to locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas.
• Read and follow detailed pick tickets or digital instructions to ensure the correct item, quantity, and size are selected, maintaining order accuracy metrics.
• Safely operate manual material handling equipment, such as hand carts and pallet jacks, to transport pulled orders to the packing or staging lines.
• Perform quality checks on pulled items, identifying damaged or misplaced inventory, and reporting discrepancies to the Inventory Control team.
• Maintain an organized and safe working aisle, adhering strictly to all safety and sanitation procedures within the warehouse environment.
