Job summary

S&S Activewear in Olathe, KS is hiring an Order Puller to pull and pack customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. This full-time onsite role runs Mon-Fri, 12pm–8:30pm, with health and retirement benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, maintain accuracy, and contribute to a safe, efficient distribution center. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow and commit to meet KPI’s for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
• Operates machinery including pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center
• Assists with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
• Must be willing to cross train.
