Job summary

S&S Activewear in Olathe, KS is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate to pull and pack orders on a Mon-Fri schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This onsite role offers a 90‑day seasonal term with potential extension or conversion depending on business needs.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution center, operate pallet jack and stock chaser, and uphold safety and accuracy while meeting daily KPIs. The role includes apparel discounts and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with/without accommodation.
• Basic math: count, add, subtract quickly and accurately.
• Identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Flexible start/departure times; overtime may be required.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Willing to cross-train and perform additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Follow KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages or mispacked items to supervisor.
• Operate pallet jack and stock chaser as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe distribution center environment.
• Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
