Job Summary:

Warehouse Order Puller picks and selects products, palletizes products, shrink wraps, and loads trailers utilizing Sit-down forklifts.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble products using a Sit-down forklift and deliver them to checking/loading stations.
• Pick and assemble products to fill individual customer orders.
• Assemble products according to the quantity and/or lot specified by the customer.
• Pack orders in accordance with training regarding weighing instructions, customer order, assembling requirements, and comply with verbal instructions from management.
• Operate RF scanners in order to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory.
• Report all safety concerns immediately to management, including all injuries, no matter how slight they may seem.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Place product back in the correct bin after each pick.
• Strap pallets in location and on your Forklift.
• Report all damages – wet product, lot issues, unstable pallets, broken tile.
• Dispose of broken product and salvage good product for samples.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to drive a Sit-Down Forklift.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must be able to speak and comprehend English.
• Must be able to pass a general warehouse assessment.
• Must be able to lift boxes or packages of up to 70 pounds.

Work Environment:

The work environment will be in a warehouse, and temperatures depending on weather may be cold, hot, humid, wet, etc.
