Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete in-house training program.
• Proficient in Red Prairie WMS.
• Read, write, and understand English well to follow instructions.
• Perform basic arithmetic and interpret simple data.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pack retail and e-commerce orders.
• Learn and use Red Prairie WMS for order tracking and inventory.
• Read customer orders and pick correct quantities.
• Ensure correct labeling and paperwork for shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Operate RF equipment for inventory management and picking.
• Report inventory discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
