Job summary

GNC is seeking an Order Processor I to support distribution center operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will accurately pick and package orders for retail and e-commerce, leveraging Red Prairie WMS for tracking and inventory management, while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will perform general warehouse tasks, read customer orders, and use scanners to locate items, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combination of education and experience.
• Ability to complete in-house training program.
• Proficient in Red Prairie WMS.
• Able to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Must communicate in English effectively and safely.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to interpret simple data.
• Self-motivated with focus on accuracy and deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Select and package retail and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Become proficient with Red Prairie WMS for order tracking and inventory management.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products.
• Ensure correct shipping labels and paperwork accompany each package.
• Read orders, locate items with scanners, and pick correct quantities.
• Stock inventory into picking lanes and replenish supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Document damages and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Operate RF equipment and report inventory variances.
