Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist the Order Processor Supervisor and help oversee daily warehouse operations in Birmingham, AL. You will supervise order pulling, checking, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety and organization.

Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role requires leadership experience, ability to operate forklifts, and strong communication with vendors and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and pass pre‑employment checks.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• Able to lift over 60 pounds and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor and supervise order processing team.
• Pull and check orders; ensure work completes within time constraints.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well organized.
• Coordinate inventory, receiving, and shipments in the company system.
• Lead product replenishment paperwork and communication across branches.
