We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Bilingual Order Picker in Kearny, NJ. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, must have their own car, and be experienced working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This position requires hands‑on experience operating a ride‑along pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Experience using RF scanners a plus. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to following warehouse safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a ride‑along forklift (walkie rider) – must have experience.
• Accurately select products from inventory using pick tickets or electronic orders with an RF scanner (training available).
• Locate products and verify item codes, quantities, and descriptions.
• Pack and label orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
