Pacific Staffing, LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping Associate in Canby, OR. This temp-to-hire role involves pulling and packing orders, preparing small shipments, and supporting daily warehouse tasks.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, forklift skills, and familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping platforms. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating a forklift required.
• Familiarity with small parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using an RF scan gun.
• Pack and prepare small package shipments for UPS and FedEx.
• Process shipments using WorldShip or UPS Ship Online.
• Read and follow work instructions and shipping documentation.
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and inventory.
• Assist with LTL shipments as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
