Job summary

Pacific Staffing, LLC is assisting a Tualatin client in filling a Back Forklift Driver / Order Puller position on the Swing Shift. The role involves operating a sit-down forklift, loading/unloading pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory with RF scanning in a fast-paced warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years forklift experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a reliable work ethic with strong teamwork. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a schedule Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of forklift experience required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload pallets from trailers
• Stack and unstack inventory pallets
• Use an RF scanner to scan and track inventory
• Build pallets, wrap product, and prepare shipments
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Forklift Driver / Order Puller to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift and warehouse experience. You will be responsible for driving, loading, and unloading cases and pallets of product in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit‑down forklift to move pallets throughout the warehouse
