Job summary

JAM Industries in Southaven, Mississippi, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support safe, accurate, and efficient processing of musical electronics, instruments, and accessories. The role is on-site in a warehouse environment with opportunities to work across Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping teams.

The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year in a warehouse setting, familiarity with RF scan-guns, and ability to operate pallet jacks and order-picker equipment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scan-guns.
• Experience in Oracle WMS is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience on reach truck and order picker lifts.
• Able to safely use pallet jack, box cutter, tape gun and other warehouse equipment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an order picker, reach truck, sit down counterbalance, or powered pallet jack.
• Work productively and accurately to complete assigned pick tasks.
• Read and match printed model numbers, unit quantities, and locations to pick orders.
• Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Move to the work as needed in a cooperative and flowing team environment.
• Complete tasks for Inventory, Receiving and Shipping departments.
