Position Details:

• Earn upwards of $35.00/hr after training!
• Schedule/Hours: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 5:45 pm until finished

Position Summary:

Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets, and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. The role involves observing safety regulations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient flow of products. The position functions as a team member and may perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Follow all work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review work schedule, gather supplies, perform safety checks on equipment, and wear all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per location and company guidelines.
• Operate pallet jacks along multi-level racks to locate and pick products according to order sheets.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks, using single or double pallets as directed.
• Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock staging area, possibly shrink-wrapping for staging.
• Manage equipment batteries, including recharging and vehicle inspections. Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products weighing between 10-35 pounds, and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, including coolers, freezers, and dry areas.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
