Job Overview:

Warehouse Picker Order Selector - Holland, MI

About the Role

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink wrap orders with labels and move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 10:30 am – finish
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

About You

We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy staying active and be comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products. If this describes you, please apply!

This position may utilize equipment such as electronic pallet jacks, walkie riders, voice audio headsets, and shrink wrap.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $21.38 per hour, increasing to $22.52 after 6 months.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Work with headset and voice-activated order selector system.
• Hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
