Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking dedicated warehouse associates to support our Staples World Class Supply Chain team. You may be moved between the roles of order picker, restocker, bulk selector, and custodian to ensure efficient fulfillment and safety.

Shifts run 1:00pm–6:00pm Monday through Friday with competitive pay. Staples offers both full-time and part-time benefits, a safety-focused culture, and opportunities for growth within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and job requirements.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for Full-Time associates.
• Lift up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk/stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep the work area for the next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, and cut cases or stock product moving to a conveyor belt.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, and remove trash while following safety procedures.
